Everyone knows what to do when it comes to nutrition and eating right, but we do not always do that, do we? This blog is to discuss and talk about what we do know, what we should know and if we don't know, where to find what we need. The Nutrition Know Diet is for information because we need NO diet, we just need to KNOW! DIE is in the word diet. Doesn't that tell you something right there!! We just need a KNOW diet which is no diet! Confused? We just need to encourage each other so we continue to use what we KNOW or find out what we don't.
The easy things we know are:
- to eat our fruits and vegetables
- drink enough water
- eat healthy fats
- do not eat trans fats
- take our vitamins
- eat healthy carbs
- eat enough protein
- limit caffeine
- eat as natural as possible

Why don't we eat what we know is right and will keep us healthy?
