Let's Get Started before Spring has Sprung

- I have been creating a daily docket lately and find it extremely helpful in keeping myself organized.
- However, the component for the healthy eating and hydration does not always get checked off!
- It is there on paper, waiting for me to check it off, but more often than not, it remained "uninked".
- WHY?
- Oh yeah, I know - I procrastinate and tell myself, everything else on my list has to be done first. Is this because it is easier? Is this because I don't want to make the changes I should? Both!
- I am starting a new exciting program and I need to be at the top of my game. This includes being very healthy, as it is going to be time consuming.
- I have to get back on track.
- Wait - I shouldn't say "HAVE", maybe if I say "WANT" to, my brain would believe me and help me make the effort?
- Have to has such as negative connotation to it!
- OK - I want to be healthy to complete this project. I want to eat healthy so I have the energy to work and make a difference while I am on this earth.
- Let's do it! Positive Thinking!
- See ya, I think I will go for a walk!
